An Intimate Social Hour in Newport, Rhode Island

After the ceremony, guests were welcomed to linger a little longer at Sam’s grandmother’s house, soaking in the coastal charm of Newport. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with small tables scattered around the garden and the poolside, offering a mix of shade and sun for everyone to unwind.

Light fare was served—thoughtfully curated finger foods and refreshing drinks that paired perfectly with the breezy, afternoon setting. Guests mingled by the pool and in front of rows of vibrant blue hydrangeas.

A Wedding at Greenvale Vineyards

Following an intimate social hour in Newport, guests made their way by trolley to Greenvale Vineyards in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where the celebration continued with an extended cocktail hour.

The vineyard offered Sam and Katie the perfect setting to reconnect with friends and family, savoring the chance to share in the excitement of the day. They indulged in a variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres from Morin’s Catering and couldn’t resist the quintessential Rhode Island treat—frozen lemonade from Del’s.
