Kenzie and Adam’s Sunflower Maze Engagement Session

On a whim these two joined me at a local sunflower field for their engagement session. This session was full of last minute energy — booked only a few days after Adam proposed to Kenzie and squeezed into my schedule the day before they had to return home to Florida. Adam is in the air force and is stationed down south. They were up visiting family and on a trip to Maine, Adam proposed. Last minute energy always leads to the best sessions and I was happy to tap into that with these two, especially since it meant they’d have that newly engaged glow about them.

It was maybe the most humid and drippy summer day we’d had, but they had no trouble getting lost with each other in this beautiful space.

Congrats to these two, who were married in the same last minute fashion in December of 2021. I happily last minute photographed that day too and will last minute share some of my favorites soon!
