Kayla and Joey’s Winter Maternity Session in Western Massachusetts

What a whirlwind start to 2024! This month has been jam-packed with maternity and newborn sessions, and it's been a blast catching up with some familiar faces from past weddings.

I vividly remember Kayla and Joey’s beautiful wedding at Stonehurst at Hampton Valley in Connecticut.

Fast forward a few years, and now they're expecting —

yes, the two for one deal, you know the one you get with the babies?

Twins.

And get this – neither of them saw twins coming! It was a delightful shock for them both.

Our session happened to coincide with a light snowfall. It was like nature's way of adding a little extra magic to the day without making the roads too crazy for travel.

I woke up with the excitement of a little kid when I saw the forecast. It really could not have been more beautiful to be outside.

Here's to Kayla, Joey, and their expanding family – these babies are in for one amazing ride!
