It’s always a treat when someone says YES to beach photos.

Shannen and Paul ventured out to the coast to spend golden hour with me for their Cape Cod maternity photos.

The bay side of the Cape has such calm waters and when the tide is low, it feels like there's an endless beach to explore with tide-pools scattered about.

We wandered the beach, splashing through the shallow waters and trying to avoid the crabs and giggling when the krill tickled our feet. The sunset painted everything in the warmest light.

It's always a joy to work with these two – now three! I captured their very small pandemic wedding on New Year’s Eve of 2020, and we've become wonderful friends since then.

I'm so excited to meet their little one in a few months!
