A wedding at the Rhode Island Sand Dunes

I lived in Northern California for a while, and what struck me most was how effortlessly beautiful it was.

There was beauty everywhere, all the time.

New England, on the other hand, makes you work for it. The magic is there, but you have to seek it out. You have to earn your views.

Rhode Island is known for its coastal charm, but the sand dunes of West Greenwich offer something entirely unexpected. If you weren’t looking closely, you’d drive right past them. This hidden desert landscape, tucked between main roads and highways. Massive dunes rise up like a secret world, untouched and surreal.

It’s the kind of place that feels like a dream, windswept and golden, sky stretching endlessly above, wild and breathtaking in a way that’s entirely its own.

Scroll for some favorites from this day and endless thanks to Masha and Sergei for trusting me to capture this milestone.
